I have recently renewed my love of cooking. I went for awhile without it and realized what I had been missing. My wife cooks along side me and helps with most of my receipes. My true loves are my family, my cooking, my fishing, and sometimes my job!
My favorite things to cook
I am deep into BBQ these days, I will be taking up the BBQ competition trail soon and look forward to having some fun doing that.
I like the small things like armadillo eggs, ABT's (atomic buffalo turds), fatties, gonna give a stuffed fatty soon!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I loved doing Thanksgiving meals with my family, and all of our summer BBQ get togethers at the lake!
My cooking triumphs
Learning new methods and adapting them to my everyday cooking.
I entered my first BBQ competition in Dec., took home 1st place in ribs and 2nd place in brisket.
Did my first smoked standing rib roast, and it came out GREAT!!!
My cooking tragedies
none yet, but Im sure they will be coming!
