I cut this recipe in half and it fit just barely in my cuisinart ice cream maker. It was so creamy and delicious, like no other sherbet I have ever had. My husband is not a big grape fan, but he LOVED it. I made this for my son's third birthday party to go with a lemon cake and it was perfect.

This is great- a good mix between tart and sweet. I like it better when it sets up and is a little hard.
