I'm an engineer by trade, so I enjoy hobbies that allow me to create and "build". Cooking is a great outlet for that. The only down side is you can spend lots of time creating, then your masterpiece gets eaten in a matter of minutes! Desserts because I'm a chocoholic. I also like making party and potluck dishes. Making Christmas cookies with the kids and poppyseed bread loaves as gifts for friends. Pulling off Christmas dinner for my parents, brother and sis-in-law every year. I tried using Splenda in fudge instead of sugar last year. VERY BAD IDEA!!
