Chicken Lasagna Alfredo
I was so pleasantly surprised at this recipe! I used rostisserie chicken and Newman's Own instead of Classico. I used oven ready lasagna noodles, but don't recommend them b/c they were too firm. My family loved it - will be making this again for sure.

Pumpkin Cookies VI
NOT cookies! As I was spooning onto a cookie sheet, I was thinking I should be pouring this cake batter into a cake or loaf pan. Quantities are way wrong on this.
