Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
This turned out perfect! I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving (which was injected with jalapeno seasoning prior). I omitted the jalepeno and used just a dash of cayenne since my kids would be eating it. I did not have any trouble with the thickness. I just cooked it 20 minutes uncovered at a low boil. Once the cheese was added at the end, it was plenty thick. Very good & will now be a day after Thanksgiving/decorate the tree tradition!
