Best Carrot Cake Ever
This recipe was excellent - I did squeeze out much of the juice, and hydrated the raisins (no rum, so used brandy) Turned out great - and even got the comment of "this is the best carrot cake ever" from two carrot cake lovers that I know.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
My whole family loved this dish - and they don't normally like sweet potatoes at all. My step dad ate his skin and all!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
This was great - I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 17 when I was 8 months pregnant, and this helped make it run smoothly. It was done and ready before everyone arrived, and they all loved it!
