World's Best Lasagna
Awesome recipe. This was my first lasagna ever and everyone thought I was a pro. I made the sauce the night before. The day of the dinner, I heated the sauce and assembled the dish. Looking back, it was quite simple with a crowd-pleasing result.

Baked Chicken and Zucchini
I used Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and purple leave basil as that it what I had on hand. I also did not overcook the zucchini in the skillet. Even my PICKY 17 year old ate every bite on her plate and said it was good. Zucchini was fresh from garden.

My teenage daughter made several batches of these as Christmas presents for her friends and teachers at school. They were a BIG hit. Everyone loved them and they all wanted more!
