Today is Pentecost Monday, it's raining, and all the stores are closed here in Switzerland. Perfect for cinnamon buns, espcially these clones. They are excellent, as always. However, I only had 1/2 cup brown sugar so I was forced to expreiment. I spread the left-over half of the dough with butter, white sugar, and sprinkled it with amaretto. The liquer dribbled out when I cut the roll, but the taste was fine.
Anyhow, I recommend these to any cinnamon bun fan.
