Simple Scones
**LOVE** this recipe! I doubled the recipe and divided the dough into 2 batches. I added chocolate chips to one batch and pecans & 1 tsp grated orange zest to the other. They came out perfectly sweet and moist! Thank you for a GREAT recipe!

Banana Banana Bread
good bread. Very moist and stayed moist for days after... my only problem was the lack of spices. I think a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg would have made a huge improvement and would have really brought out the yummy banana flavor!

Baked French Toast
I think this is the BEST idea! It has saved me so much time and my family just LOVES IT! I use day old white bread and always try to pick up some day old cinnamon bread from my bakery to mix in. I cut it in chunks and also layer some melted butter and syrup in between the layers. FABULOUS! Great to make the night before too so you can just pop it in the oven in the AM.
