About this Cook
I'm an intermediate cook. Mostly cooking for two, not really big on cooking for a group.
My favorite things to cook
chicken breast, scallops, fresh zucchini and squash. I love sweets so I'm willing to try baking.
My cooking triumphs
I was excited when I made a homemade loaf of bread and it turned out great!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make chocolate chip cookies and they spread out on the pan and burnt into a flat, stinky mess.

Chicken Scarpariello
YUM! Here's a great substitution for you... use gorgonzola cheese instead of the white wine and also throw in some grape tomatoes. So good!
