SO darn easy, it's rediculous...made a double batch and it came out perfectly...take these to a get-together and they will be GONE in a second!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
very good recipe! i was missing some ingredients, so i used what i had and they still turned out really well. i baked mines for 25 min at 375 degrees instead of frying...frying meatballs takes forever and you have to keep turning them, plus they get super greasy. baking solves these problems! you can freeze them up for later use, too! highly recommended!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

O...M....G! I had a craving for these, and i havent had them in years, this recipe is awesome! i was a little worried when i mixed the beef, it seemed really mushy, and it didn't seem like one tiny can of tomato soup was going to cut it, but i added a little bit of water to the pan, and the hamburger juices mixed into the soup real well. super tender and real tasty with such few ingredients! love it!

So delicious, and i am fortunate enough to have fresh coconuts from the yard, so i had used some frozen coconut that we had grated and froze earlier. very delicous and they came out gorgeous! i added some icing squiggles on the top!

Cheese Fondue

Reviewed: May 23, 2005
I printed this recipe for my sister, since it did seem to have good reviews, but it didn't turn out very well. it came out waaaay too thick and stringy. she has made fondue before, and tried to fix it, but it couldn't be done.

Artichoke Dip I

I just wanted everybody to know that this is THE best artichocke dip recipe. I served it with the Carr brand cheese crackers. My house guests and family absolutely loved it-they ate it ALL up. I really recommend everyone out there to try it!
