I love cooking in general. I find that I enjoy baking more because it's something I can take my time with and enjoy. I find that because I'm so busy, cooking weekday meals is often done in a rush and therefore takes all the enjoyment out of cooking for me. A 5 course meal for 8 people on New Year Eve. What a challenge! A recipe for pork chops that was supposed to have a hint of orange flavour. They ended up tasting like you were eating a piece of orange peel.
