My favorite things to cook
I love cooking in general. I find that I enjoy baking more because it's something I can take my time with and enjoy. I find that because I'm so busy, cooking weekday meals is often done in a rush and therefore takes all the enjoyment out of cooking for me.
My cooking triumphs
A 5 course meal for 8 people on New Year Eve. What a challenge!
My cooking tragedies
A recipe for pork chops that was supposed to have a hint of orange flavour. They ended up tasting like you were eating a piece of orange peel.

Apple Glazed Pork Chops
These pork chops were tasty. I took other reviewers suggestions and added only half of the package of onion soup mix and added some cinnamon to the apple sauce.

Red Velvet Cake I
Very tasty cake. I did have some trouble with the icing being too runny. I added additional amounts of icing sugar to thicken it.
