Chicken Noodle Casserole II
When I make this recipe, I reduce the butter and onion to only a few TBS each and cut the cheddar back to 2 cups and I love it! Such great comfort food. Also, I prefer using non-canned chicken for this.

Spiced Peach Oatmeal Muffins
Very good. I used skim milk instead of buttermilk and substituted a combo of honey/syrup for the molasses and was very pleased with the result. Thanks for the others who suggested adding in the salt... that was very necessary (I used about 1/2 t.)

Fish Roll-Ups
I used imitation crab meat (Louis Kemp I think) and got RAVE reviews for this recipe. I also served it over precooked parmesian rice (I used Rice A Roni b/c it's easy!)
