These are good, but yes I do agree the bakery are better. I wanted to make more than 12 as the recipe called for. So I tripled the recipe and wow do I have cookies until there is no more macaroons! I also have to bake them for 17 minutes. I did use Vanilla as called for and Almond Extract... I will make again, but will not even double the recipe. Enjoy this recipe.
