Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

This recipe is quick, easy and terrific! You can easily make adjustments to suite your tastes. I added store bought rotisserie chicken. Once I was out of the tomato pesto, so I sauteed a a little garlic in olive oil instead, which was also tasty. Maybe next time I'll add black olives. I'll make this frequently, it's just so simple and good. I can't wait to serve to my friends as an appetizer at our next get together.

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

For the past 3 years, I have been making this cookie as well as Beth's Spicy Oatmeal cookies (from this site) and a white chocolate/cranberry/machademia nut cookie for gifts for my friends, neighbors and coworkers. So far this year, I have made 26 dozen cookies and tonight I will be baking another 15 dozen (at least). Today, my next door neighbor at work came over and asked me to bake him 2 dozen of these mint cookies and then he paid me $15 a dozen for them! That's how good these are!

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

Excellent!!! Used an inexpensive cut of beef, marinated 24 hours, grilled over charcoal and was pleasantly suprised at how tender and flavorful it was. Can't wait to use on a better cut of meat!

I've been using this recipe for years. I do cut back on the brown sugar a bit as it is pretty sweet. This is a reliable recipe that is always well received. Plus it's easy and there's a lot to be said for that!

Jezebel Sauce

I used 1/2 of the horseradish as called for and added 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper for appearance sake. It still had a kick but was mild enough that everyone enjoyed it. It makes plenty and should keep in the fridge same as jelly will. I can think of many things this sauce will compliment. This recipe is a winner!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Wow...this is incredible! I put this in a slo-cooker/crockpot and it kept warm for hours. I did occasionally add a tablespoon of milk to keep it from getting too thick. This is a really rich appetizer but it is so divine that you can toss those other recipes, this is the only one you'll ever need!
