Cheesy Artichoke Dip
This is my now standard artichoke dip....I get rave reviews everytime I make it. It is easy and delicious!!!!

Delicious and Easy Mock Risotto
Although my husband liked it, I thought it was very bland. Very easy though, and would probably great with some stir-ins like sun-dried tomatoes, or fresh basil.

Better Than Sex Cake II
I made this at Christmas over at my mom's house...We didn't have time to put in in the fridge before serving, but it was delicious anyway. I had some again the next day and wished we waited...it was ten times better. I definitely suggest making it a day ahead so all the caramel can seep in.
