Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was both delicious & easy to make. I used 3/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce & 1/4 cup oil instead of 1 cup of oil. 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour and 2 cups of all-purpose, and 1 cup brown sugar and 2 cups white. I made one loaf and then added chocolate chips to the remaining batter and made muffins.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
Without a doubt the best salmon I've ever made! Both the salmon and the dill sauce are amazing!
