Baked Kale Chips
This was wonderful! Tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with old bay. Baked on one side for 8 min, flipped, and did 7 min on the other side - I didn't use parchment paper. Each "chip" was crispy.

French Toast Bake
This was great! I really used 12 day old bread and the mixture was perfect - not runny at all. I also prepped it the night before and baked it in the morning. Will definitely make again.

Cathy's Banana Bread
This has become a regular at our house and it hardly lasts 2 days! All I add is nutmeg to the base recipe.
