Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this awesome chili for my Halloween party and it was devoured and the little that was left was taken home by some. For my taste, I cut down just a smidge of heat with just 1 chili pepper, little less of the cayenne and the tabasco - the heat was still hot but not overbearing. Everyone raved about it. Served it with the shredded cheddar and sour cream on the side. Thank you for sharing the recipe, for I will surely use it again.
