About this Cook
For a person partially resistant to change, I love to try new recipes and find them as well. I can spend all evening browsing for recipes to make. Usually the residents at my place of employment are my taste testers and they definitely let me know when something isn't up to par. I also love to cook for my family and often enlist my nephew as my helper. Most of the time he's all game but only if her gets first dibs on the finished product.
My favorite things to cook
Cookies, cakes, corn casserole, bbq meatloaf, sloppy joes (homemade of course), honey baked chicken (awesome on the grill)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making candies, fudge, and cookies at Christmas. Making pies, pumpkin rolls, and themed cut-out cookies in the fall.

Carrot Cake III
Everyone in my family loved this! I'm not a huge fan of cream cheese so I added a bit more vanilla extract to the icing recipe and it turned out wonderful! Thank you!

Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits
My dog, Boady, just loves these. They are very easy to make and I took another reviewer's suggestion and instead of wheat germ, I used oatmeal and they turned out great. I did also add a little extra banana since my dog is a banana lover. Thanks for the recipe!
