This sauce has a very light taste that I prefer over the darker red pasta sauces. I think the only change we made was adding a bit more garlic. As someone suggested, make sure you get a good quality sauce. I think that makes a difference. This one is a keeper. Thanks!

The best Au Gratin potatoes ever. I kept the onions in the recipe because it adds flavor to the potato/cheese sauce combination. The house smelled delicious for hours afterwards! Thanks so much. I've tried other Au Gratin recipes but none compare to this one. This is a keeper.

I never had the onion soup at Outback, but this is one of the best soups I've ever had. I made some homemade bread and a salad to go with the soup. My husband loved it. I'm giving some leftovers to my mom tomorrow to help her get over a cold. I followed the recipe to a T. Will make this again and again. Thank you so much!
