Sesame Chicken
I made this tonight and thought it was pretty good. I doubled the sauce, but it still didn't turn out as "saucy" looking as the picture. Good flavour though. I added red peppers and brocolli. Don't skip the sesame seeds, they really made the flavour.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
I make this recipe on a pretty regular basis with a few changes. I found it too greasy the first couple times, so i cut the butter back to about half. I also add more dijon, and once the shrimp is in the casserole dish, i sprinkle the top with bread crumbs to soak up some of the butter, and then some parmesan cheese. Not all that healthy, but tasty!!! I serve it on brown rice. Fresh parsley and fresh garlic really help too

Simple Beef Stroganoff
I dont eat ground beef, but i love stroganoff, so i substituted Yves veggie ground round for the beef. The onions in the ground round gave it a nice flavour. As well, i added a can of mushrooms, used fresh garlic, and to thin it a little, i poured in the liquid from the can of mushrooms. Even my carnivourous boyfriend loved it. I'll make it again for sure :)
