I'm 22 years of age and i've been cooking since my dad let me hold a knife. I always help my relatives around the kitchen, I'm basically in charge of preping the vegetables. So i figured, since i'm the expert of cutting vegetables why not learn how to cook, and so i did and loved it every since. i'll cook anything, if i don't know how to cook certain food, i will find that recipe, make it and keep trying til i get it perfectly. family cooking tradition?.... nothing really, as long as you can cook, you're in. esp when you know how to cook filipino food. ummm... good!!! my knowledge on cooking... pepper container not fully sealed and so when i wanted to put 1/4 tsp pepper on my food, i end up eating a southern style food.
