Seminary Muffins
This is a great recipe. The muffins turn out so moist. I use much less sugar than stated, only maybe 1-2 T's. I have made these with the chocolate chips, and also with blueberries in place of chocolate, and they are great too.

Spicy Sweet Potato Soup
This soup was delicious! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken and also used no fat plain yogurt as the topping with the lime zest. Will definitely make this again and again.

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
This was excellent. I did not miss the meat at all, it is very hearty. I could not find black bean soup, so used a can of black beans. I also added more spices to my taste (to make it spicier). Very good over brown rice topped with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
