Easy Spinach Casserole
This recipe had pretty good flavor, but tasted more like a dip than a side. My husband particularly didn't care for the texture. I made this thinking it was a good way to get him to eat spinach--not so. I wouldn't make it again.

Lemonade Pie V
My family loves lemonade pie made with sweetened cond. milk but it was always too rich for me and this recipe was a perfect, lighter version of the same pie, it was a great summertime hit!

Absolute Mexican Cornbread
I had been looking for a better side to serve with chili than standard corn bread, and this was easy & delicious. It has become a regular recipe in our household.
