Black Bean, Sausage, and Sweet Potato Soup
This recipe is great! I live in Japan and could actually find almost all of the ingredients to make this soup. I substituted okonomiyaki sauce for the worcestshire sauce. The sweet potatoes and the sausauge created a sweet and spicy taste. I had no problems with my beans cooking in the 50 minutes. Just make sure to SOAK your beans overnight or for 8 hours before boiling.
