Meatball Sandwich
I stuck very close to the original recipe and it was a huge hit. The only changes I made were to substitute shredded mozzarella for provolone because it's what I had on hand. I also made the meatballs a bit smaller I guess, since I ended up with more than twelve. I think this is an excellent meatball recipe without any tweaking. Each time I make it now, I make a double batch so I can freeze half for spaghetti or more meatball subs in the future.

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers
This recipe was great! My husband and I both loved it and thought the flavors went wonderfully together. The only thing I did differently was to add some chopped fresh basil and a little more broth while cooking. Keep a close eye on the asparagus to keep it from getting overdone.
