We liked this very much. My only issue with it is that it gets cold so fast because of the uncooked tomatoes but the flavor is great. My family loved it. I did change it slightly adding garlic and using Balsamic dressing. I also added the chicken from a store-bought Rotesserie for my kids' liking. Very good use of our bounty of tomatoes from our garden. This is a keeper.

We love this soup. It looks so simple to make and even kind of boring in the pot, but it is delicious. I have to double it to feed my family of 5 and I do add a can or two of kidney or pinto beans to stretch it. It's very tasty.

Wow! I wasn't sure if this would be good when putting it together so easily...but we loved it. I didn't alter the recipe at all and we served it over white rice. It was a big hit and we'll put this on our list of regular quick meals. Thanks!
