Tofu Lasagna

I used other's suggestions of adding 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1 tsp of basil. I also added a small diced eggplant. Very good!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

This casserole is awesome! The picture doesn't do it justice - it's really pretty after it's baked. We follow the recipe exactly and it works every time.

Easy Focaccia

Awesome bread! I didn't have fresh rosemary so I used dried. I also added some garlic and onion powder. Very very good!
