North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork
I too made this in the slow cooked, 7 hours on high. Also, like other reviewers I only used 1 cup of cider vinager. This was super tasty, and very easy.

French Onion Soup Gratinee
Excellent. I added a bit more wine and next time I'd probably use 1 less onion as I found it to be more like a stew consistancy rather tham soup by the time the bread soaked up alot of the broth.
