Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
This was great! I made it for my in-laws, and my father-in-law, who hates quiche, thought this was amazing. The only changes I made were to add an extra egg, saute the onions before adding to the batter, and I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chinese Chicken Soup
I made this according to the reviews. I substituted spinach for lettuce, and yellow onion for green, and I cut back to 1 tsp of chile paste (the kind I have is extremely spicy). I also doubled the amount of broth, as I didn't think it would be soupy enough for my tastes. The broth of this soup was to die for. What a wonderful taste! I loved this soup, and so did my husband. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This was the juiciest pulled pork I have ever had. Awesome. I used Mug rootbeer, and Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Bourbon BBQ sauce. Next time I will use a sauce with more tang, since the rootbeer is already sweet, but other than that I am hooked on this recipe!
