Tofu Creamed Spinach
I thought this was really bland and just not delicious. I added olive oil, walnuts and a pinch of nutmeg to try to give it more flavor, but even that didn't save it.

Apple Bars
This was good, but a little bland and sweet. I used 3/4 nuts and 1 1/2 c. apples. Next time I will add some nutmeg and use 3/4 c. sugar using brown sugar for more flavor.

Apple Peanut Spinach Salad
I really liked this recipe, but my husband thought it was okay. The dressing is excellent and will be made often. Great flavor combinations.
