Apricot Sausages
Turned out awesome! Only change I made was using marmalade instead of Apricot Preserves. I didn't have any preserves on hand. I'll try it again using Apricot preserves, but it woas wonderful with the maramalade. Thank-you so much for the recipe! I've always had problems cooking sausages but this recipe was easy and delicious! Oh, and my kids raved about it as well. :-)

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Excellent shortbread! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I found the dough benefitted from much more mixing time than sugggested in the recipe as written. I beat the dough at medium speed in my mixer for about 15 mins until it was the consistency of butter cream icing. I put the dough in a piping bag and piped rounds of dough with a start tip. I added almomds slices and a 1/4 of a marichino cherry to the top of each before baking. They were easy to make and delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Best Bread Machine Bread
Amazing! I added the extra salt as reccomended in previous reviews. I didn't have any butter milk so used the substitution as follows: 1tbsp lemon juice 1 cup of milk. I used powdered milk and added the lemon juice to it. I poured off the extra 1/4 cup and added 3/4 cup to the bread maker. It was easily the yummiest bread I've made! My young children and my neighbours loved it too! Only challenge I faced was could I turn out a second loaf fast enough! Thanks for the recipe!
