Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
I was just searching for a new mac n cheese recipe when I came across this...it is the same one I've been using for years!!! Except I use a lttle more milk, I fill up the soup can. I usually mix 1/2 the shredded cheese inside and sprinkle 1/2 on top. Then I sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs over the top. Very yummy!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I don't even like meatloaf and I ate this one! And DH loved it. I used beefy onion soup mix, and crushed Cheez-its. I also glazed it with the mix a review suggestion of ketchup, honey, and worchestershire. Will definitely make this one again.

Cajun Blackened Redfish
I have made this over and over again. My husband and I love it. I always use tilapia instead of red fish, but otherwise follow the recipe. I don't sear the fish on high though...smoked out the house the first time and I've found medium works just fine. Leftovers taste delicious on garlic toast!
