German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
I traded out Splenda for sugar. Frosting still turns out pretty good. Easiest to spread when cold, otherwise too runny. Not sure if it's the Splenda, or if it happens with sugar too. Still love it though! Used several times!

Sugar-Free Raisin Bars
I love this! Very very moist! Love it best when warm! I use Splenda for my sweetener. 18 minutes in my oven & it's perfect. I subbed mashed bananas for the applesauce once, ane it was still really good, but needed to be baked about 8 more minutes. Prefer the applesauce though!

Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
Pretty good muffins. Very moist! 18 minutes was perfect. I used Splenda in place of the 1/2 cup sugar. Not overly sweet, but yummy!
