This is a keeper! Not too big on butterscotch so I used one vanilla and on butterscotch. i also used one regular and one sugar free. Also used less fat cream cheese to make it a little better for you. Wonderful recipe!

Chicken Tortilla Bake

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Pineapple Mojo Cake

Made this for a mission conference at church. Everyone loved it, very moist. I would use 16 oz of pineapple next time. there was not enough in it. I also put a spit of vanilla in the pineapple mix. Will make again.

Baked Ham

made this with a spiral cut ham and it was too dry. I would cut back on the time when I make it again. Ham that was not pre-cut was very moist.

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower

I did not have fresh rosemary so I used a teaspoon of dried. I also used season salt. They were tasty but I don't think I used enough of rosemary. Next time I would use a little more.

Enchiladas

This is the second time that I made this receipe for company and this is the second time that my guest asked for the receipe. I served this with the mexican rice and everyone enjoyed it. I did use chedder, and colby jack also. This receipe is GREAT!

New England Clam Chowder I

I made this while camping for a large crowd. Did things a little different. Used a can of boiled clams and chopped them and my onions (not together) in my food prossessor before I left. I did use a few cans of minced clams but they are expensive. I also used a jar of clam juice with the juice from the minced clams and a little water to cook the potatoes with. Everyone loved this chowder very much.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I used 1lb of dried black beans. After soaking they only take 15 mins. in a pressure cooker at 15 lbs of pressure. My whole family loved them. This will be on our table again soon.
