Made this exactly as shown except I added golden raisins. Once it was "finished" it was too runny so I turned it up and reduced it. I also had to add salt because it was a little bland before reducing. Once actually finished, all of my kids liked it a lot. (One even hates Indian food.) My husband and I would have liked more flavor. I will make it again, but i may doctor it a little next time.

These were easy and excellent. I actually made one slab with this recipe and one using a crock pot method. the crock pot ribs were mealy. These were perfect. The bbq sauce looks odd and my kids didn't want to try it at first, but they liked it once they did. It has a great taste, not overly sweet. A keeper!

This was totally melt in your mouth great, but it was too salty for our taste. We used Trader Joe's Hawaiian Black Sea Salt and it was soo salty we couldn't finish the meat and our teeth were squeaking. I will try again tomorrow with less salt because it was delicious.
