Green Tea Mint Cookies
The first time I made these they were tasty, but a bit powdery. The second time, I added a 1/3 cup of sugar and they came out beautiful...much nicer, crispy texture.

Red Hot Baked Apples
I really liked this one. My vote is to not leave out the red hots...It's like an inside-out candy apple. Tasty.
