Super easy, super fast and super good! I followed the recipe exactly and then dipped the balls in sugar and pressed them with a fork. Hubby mentioned peanut butter cookies and after I found this recipe he had cookies in his hand about 20 min. later! A single batch made 18 cookies which is plenty for two to share! I love that there are only 3 ingredients.....what a bargain.

I just finished making a batch of this cookies. They turned out great! Awesome texture...a little soft and a little crispy. I will use this recipe from now on when I make chocolate chip cookies. Two thumbs up from Hubby! Revisions I made were: I increased the salt to 1/2 t because I thought the batter was a little bland. I added 3/4 chopped walnuts and baked them for about 14 min. because we like cookies a little dark. Yummy....Thanks for the great recipe!

My first attempt at banana bread was successful thanks to this basic recipe. I followed it exactly and added nuts and a splash of vanilla. I used foil pans and it took about 50 minutes. Yummy!
