Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Hands down the best chili recipe I have ever tried. Use real bacon instead of the bacon bits. The secret is to let it simmer (low) for a long long time to let all the flavors meld together. Make a bunch and freeze the leftovers for later. It all gets eaten - it's THAT good!
