Follow the recipe. Do not sub egg whites for whole eggs! It makes a big difference. Use the almond filling in recipe box, for the yolks.

Like most have said, to fix this, press some cheese in the bottom of the crust, cut the milk down to 1 cup and expect to cook 50 min. Those things changed, it is good.

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way

Very good. I followed reviewers advice and sauted the fruit and removed extra juice. I also used 1/2 flour 1/2 corn starch. I added blueberries because I had them handy.

Oat-N-Honey Bread

I changed the servings to 15. Used the dough cycle. Shaped 2 small loaves, and let rise 1 hour. Baked 350 for 35 min. Good rise, texture, flavor, density.

Mac's Shoe-Fly Bread

Excellent! I made this in the bread machine, dough cycle. I then made 2 small loafs, let rise 1 hr., sliced the top and baked at 350 for 30 min or so (I live at high altitude, so don't trust my baking times)This is the best machine &/or traditional method bread I have made to date.

Best Ziti Ever

It is 5 stars for me, but I changed some things. I used turkey Italian sausage, 12 oz ricotta and 1/4 cup cottage cheese, I also used 2 cups mozzarella and 1/2 cup cheddar, I added parmesan to the top. SOOOOOO GOOD!

Very good. I used 1c. coconut, instead of 2. I sub. 3tbsp. sour cream for the milk. I did not measure the cool whip, instead I added one 8oz. container, that was the perfect amount.

Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

It needs to cook for more than 15 minutes. I used ready made pie crust. I followed the suggestions and doubled the cream cheese and added 1/2 cup sour cream, but next time I will double the whole cream cheese mixture and add sour cream. I used strawberries, very good topping, any fruit would work.

Lemon Crisps

I made these for a party and everyone LOVED them. Almost everyone asked for the recipe. I live at high altitude, so I added 1/4 cup of flour and 2 tbs lemon juice. I piped some lemon frosting on each cookie. So Easy! So Good! Would have taken a picture, but there aren't any left.
