Easy Cheesy Potatoes
This was delicious!! I did have to substitute the shredded cheddar cheese for a Mexican blend shredded cheese, because that's what I had on hand. Either way, they are scrumptious.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I think these cookies are absolutely terrific! I made them as directed with the addition of a touch of lemon extract to the frosting. Just because I love the lemon/pumpkin combo. Thanks for submitting this recipe.

Grilled Ham Steak
I didn't have any apricot preserves, so I used seedless rasberry jam. It was delish! Next time I'll try the apricot. I would definately use this recipe again.
