I an a 33 year old mother of a 9 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. I began cooking at the age of four when I made pudding all by myself. Then all I can remember is trying to "doctor" instant macaroni, campbells soup, and other pre-made food. My favorite thing to cook is Seafood, because it is so versitile. But I love to entertain, so I basically love to cook period. I come from a family that is so busy that no one really cook's so I am trying to change that. Winning a rib cook off, and a few local cooking compitions. I will let you know when I have one.
