I'm married and a mother of two little girls, so anything quick and easy is much needed. I love food. love food! I love to try out new recipes and am always looking to improve my cooking skills. I like cooking Italian cuisine the most. It seems the most comforting for me. My husband is Spanish so i also like cooking some Mexican dishes for him. Chinese is something i like to cook as well. I love traditions so i am wanting to start them with my girls. Maybe making cookies for Santa Claus. The first time i made lasagna was for my boyfriend, now husband, and i got the recipe from this site. That was back in 2002 and i have been searching on this site to find it again with no luck. I have not been successful in duplicating that recipe. It was truly the best lasagna i ever had. Tamales! I got the recipe from Martha Stewart and they were a disaster. I ended melting a penny in a pan and the bottom came off and burnt me and my kitchen floor and the carpet as well. Let's just say we didn't get our deposit on our apartment.
