These were all right but I have had better. I left out the lemon as a previous poster had mentioned. I think I would try a different recipe next time. It also seemed like I had an awful lot of raisins.

My hubby says this is the best stuffing he has ever had. I cut up bread cubes and toast them in the oven with garlic salt and parsley as a previous poster had suggested. I also use chicken oxo rather then broth and I omit the poultry seasoning. This is great with pork chops or chicken it really flavors the meat.
