Moo Shu Pork
We actually really liked this. Made some changes - no sesame oil. Used those rice noodles and served it over that since flour tortillas would have seemed too think. Couldn't find the authentic thin wraps it's supposed to be served with. Used less pork and added mushrooms. Will add more ginger next time. This will be a staple in our house!
