My mother and I have perfected our eggroll recipe. Everybody loves them! Anytime we go to a gathering or party we are asked to make them. Hopefully I can submit the recipe sometime soon. I recently made chili with dried beans. I soaked them and boiled them and soaked them some more as the package instructed but they were still too "raw" I guess. And they gave my chili the weirdest aftertaste! I didn't want to admit I was the one that cooked it!
