This is a great recipe and sooo good! I love reubens and this was a hit at work when I made it for lunch. Even my friend who said she didn't like sauerkraut liked it. Once when I made it I couldn't find any corned beef in my deli section and so substituted a can of corned beef, and that worked really well too. Will definitely make it again many times!

This smells divine when cooking and it tastes just as good as it smells. I got rave reviews from everybody who ate it at our thanksgiving dinner. I served it with wheat thins, poured over two blocks of softened cream cheese. I did reduce the sugar to 1 cup and used a granny smith apple. Everybody who tried it liked it. I might even make this for christmas gifts this year!

This was an absolute hit at our thanksgiving dinner. One of the guests though it was "catering" quality and everyone kept going back for more. I did add 1/2 cup of panko crumbs to the parmesan before baking. This is definitely a keeper!!
