I really liked the texture of these brownies, and they were super easy. I used the foil like previous reviewers suggested. I did think they were overly sweet and could have used a little salt. I think I would reduce the sugar a bit if I made them again.

Peanut Butter Brownies I

I wasn't very fond of these. I like the chewy-gooey type brownies, and these were very cakey. I need to remember never to make a brownie recipe that contains baking powder!

California Salad Bowl

The dressing had an excellent taste, but It was a little too oily for me. It wasn't very smooth either, it kept seperating... but that could have been something I did wrong. Overall a very tasty salad. My husband loved it.

Key Lime Pie with Real Butter

This was a great recipe. My whole family LOVED it! I used a graham cracker crust instead of vanilla wafers, but it still turned out great.

Chocolate Yummies

This was a great recipe, and very quick to make. I couldn't fit a 13x9 inch pan in my microwave, so I had to do that part in the oven, but otherwise it worked great!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

This was a great recipe! I tweaked it a little by using sauted fresh spinach and adding sauted mushrooms. I also replaced the onions with green onions. I took it to a brunch and everyone loved it!
