I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and decreased the cook time of the brownie portion to 10 minutes, which was a mistake as it was defintely not cooked! So next time I will follow the original recipe and cook the brownie portion for 25 minutes. I did though increase the cr. cheese to 3 bars, used 3 eggs with 3/4 C. of sugar and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla and cooked it for 60 minutes in a water bath, which cooked the cheese cake perfectly. I used a caramel grenache instead of caramel squares and carnation milk which worked well.
