I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and decreased the cook time of the brownie portion to 10 minutes, which was a mistake as it was defintely not cooked! So next time I will follow the original recipe and cook the brownie portion for 25 minutes. I did though increase the cr. cheese to 3 bars, used 3 eggs with 3/4 C. of sugar and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla and cooked it for 60 minutes in a water bath, which cooked the cheese cake perfectly. I used a caramel grenache instead of caramel squares and carnation milk which worked well.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Very good recipe, I followed some advice from the reviewers and substituted garlic powder for the celery seed and cooked the chicken in the chicken broth. Would definitely do again, my husband loved it!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

I made this with 1/4 cup oat flour and the rest white flour as indicated and it turned out GREAT. This is now my pie crust recipe, I'm done looking.

Dessert Crepes

Great! I followed the comments and added vanilla and a little cinnamon, served it with frozen yogourt, a drizzle of melted chocolate and a strawberry, my guests love it!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

I added one garlic glove and onions and decreased the quantities of parsley and basil as I read in some reviews and the result was average, lacking some taste and the texture was a little lacking. I did substitute milk for the cream so that may be the reason.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Easy and good. I followed some recommendations and put one can of cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of celery soup and added some chopped celery, carrots, leek and salt and pepper. Also, I used biscuick for the dough and it turned out great! Thanks.

Quiche

Excellent, from now on this is my recipe for a quiche. I did not have the dry mustard and put a little of the regular mustard and it turned out great. I also added some chopped leek on top--- a keeper.

Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup

I actually put 5 leeks because it was going to be a little too watery and added some spices (garlic powder, basil) and it turned out good. I would re-do again.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

excellent. Always have amazing comments from my guests, and they want the recipe. I have cooked this in the oven too but it's a better taste on the grill. I've also heated the remaining marinade in a frying pan and it makes a good sauce serves ever the medallions.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

I've done this recipe many times, but with some changes. I don't put mushrooms simply because I don't like them that much, did not put the liquid of the corn and kidney beans and put crused tomatoes instead of whole peeled tomatoes with liquid and it maked a thicker consistancy which I really like.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

This was a great recipe. I substitutes the oil with apple sauce which did not remove anything from its texture, it was very moist. I also did one loaf of bread and with the otehr half I did 10 muffins, just cooking it for less time and it made great muffins too.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Very good, would do again. Did it as a Valentines day dinner and it was a hit. I used red wine instead of port wine because that is what I had, but next time will try the port wine.
