Strawberry Twinkie Dessert
WOW. This will now be my official go-to dessert recipe for picnics and potlucks. I took the advice of other reviewers and used the Supreme Strawberry Topping recipe instead of the store bought glaze. I also could not find Twinkies at the store, so I used the Strawberry Cake Rolls instead. I found 15 rolls (whole, not cut in half) fit perfectly in a 9x13 pan and was a perfect match for the amount of filling/glaze on top. The entire pan was GONE in 10 minutes and I had people hunting me down all day asking for the recipe.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I was originally going to give it 4 stars since it wasn't quite the "WOW" recipe I expected, but after I took some leftovers to work for some coworkers I knew I had to give it 5 stars. They were drooling over it and demanded the recipe. My husband, who despises spinach, ate it willingly and even voluntarily took leftovers for lunch the next day. Only "changes" I really made were to use the shredded meat off a whole broiler chicken, only one package of spinach instead of 2, whole wheat lasagna instead of the standard lasagna, and cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Next time I make this, I will take the advice of other reviewers and mix the chicken, spinach, and sauce together instead of keeping them separate.

Cinnamon Cream Roll-Ups
Loved these! Although a tad time consuming, they're easy to prepare and are delicious hot or cold. My husband (a very picky eater) thought these were outstanding... I have a feeling these will wow our friends and family, too.
